Important Contribution Information
MCRC Donations: Corporate checks from certain highly regulated industries such as banks, utilities, insurance companies, and casinos are prohibited. Special reporting requirements apply to certain Limited Liability Corporations and Partnerships that should be addressed prior to making a contribution to the Monmouth County Republican Committee (MCRC). Vendors with certain public contracts may be subject to additional restrictions and/or reporting requirements pursuant to P.L. 2004, c.19, P.L. 2005, c.51, and P.L. 2005, c.271. Any questions regarding such restrictions and/or reporting requirements should be directed to the contracting authority or your counsel. Contributions to the MCRC are limited to $37,000 per year. Political contributions are not tax deductible for income tax purposes. MCRC does not accept cash contributions.
Friends of County Clerk Claire French Donations:Contributions to Friends of County Clerk Claire French are limited to $2,600 per election per candidate from individuals and corporations. PACs may contribute $8,200 per election. A partnership or LLC may contribute a maximum of $2,600 per partner or member per election, per candidate account, but must include a letter signed by the contributing partners or members allocating contributions accordingly.Please do not send cash contributions. Political Contributions are not deductible for tax purposes.
